About Brio Tiny Homes
Brio Tiny Homes designs and builds ADUs and tiny homes across Spokane and Northern Idaho for families who need more space, without leaving the place they love.
We focus on real life solutions, housing for aging parents, space for adult children, room to grow, or a smarter way to add long term value to your property.
Our homes are built to support independence while keeping families connected.
Local by Design
We are rooted in the Inland Northwest and primarily serve Spokane and Northern Idaho. We understand local zoning, land conditions, and climate because this is home to us too.
Our role is to guide, not pressure. From first questions to final walkthrough, we provide clear answers, honest expectations, and steady support throughout the process.
Built for Life
Every ADU and tiny home we build is designed with intention, thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and timeless design. Whether it is built for a loved one or future flexibility, our homes are made to feel comfortable, dignified, and personal.
Purpose Driven
We believe building an ADU or tiny home is a decision rooted in care, foresight, and legacy. It is about creating options, staying close, and building something that truly serves your family.
Serving Spokane and Northern Idaho with clarity, craftsmanship, and heart.
JC grew up with a love for building, which led him to Eastern Washington University where he earned a degree in Construction Management. There he built a strong foundation in project planning, building science, and leadership. After graduation, he spent 10 years at a commercial construction company in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, serving as a Project Manager. There, he successfully managed a wide range of large-scale commercial and residential projects, gaining valuable experience in quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and client-focused service.
With a passion for innovative design and detail-driven building, JC went on to join the Brio Tiny Homes Ownership team, where he combines his industry expertise with a vision for creative, functional living spaces. His approach emphasizes durability, functionality, and thoughtful design tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Outside of work, JC loves spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, camping and golfing.
As a partner at Brio Tiny Homes, I’m proud to be part of a team that’s redefining homeownership through innovative, efficient, and beautifully crafted tiny homes. With years of residential construction experience and a degree from Eastern Washington University, I bring a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and functional design to every project we undertake.
Beyond my professional life, I’m passionate about the outdoors—whether it’s hunting, fishing, or hitting the golf course. I also cherish spending time with my family, knowing that the best moments in life are shared with those who matter most.
Giving back to the community is something I deeply value, which is why I serve on the board of Elevations Children’s Resource Center, supporting initiatives that make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
I believe in building more than just homes—I believe in building connections, sustainability, and a future where everyone can find their perfect space.
